What do you think about the new Apple iPad?

I have been reading a lot of review on the internet about the Apple iPad… what do you all think about this?

I personally will not purchase the iPad at its current form. It is just useless to me. No Flash support still… No USB… No multitask… No Ethernet (how do they expect people to use this in a hotel room with no wifi and if you do not have 3g because you are traveling?)… So all in all, pretty big disappointment really.

So do you think Apple will fix this before the actual release date? Or do you think they will have some last minute software update? I guess we will have to wait and see.
